These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pk10 website, located at pk10.cam ("the Site", "pk10", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting, browsing or otherwise using pk10, you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

pk10 is an independent, English-language information and review platform serving Pakistani users with educational content on sports betting, online casino games, payment methods and responsible gambling. pk10 does not operate a casino, bookmaker or any form of licensed gambling service. We do not accept deposits, process wagers or hold player funds.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling guidance, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk10.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to pk10 is intended for adults only. You must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to any gambling or betting platform you independently choose to use — to access or use this Site.

By using pk10, you also represent and warrant that:

pk10 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Site or its Content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from pk10;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract, harvest or systematically collect data from the Site without prior written consent;
• Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site;
• Transmit any unsolicited communications, spam or malicious code via any contact mechanism associated with pk10;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of pk10's systems, servers or infrastructure;
• Impersonate pk10, its staff or any other person in communications relating to the Site;
• Use pk10 in any manner that violates Applicable Law, including any local ordinances applicable in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or elsewhere in Pakistan.

pk10 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Site for any User who violates these acceptable use standards, without prior notice.

All Content on pk10 — including but not limited to articles, guides, reviews, graphics, logos, page layouts, typography and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk10 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Third-party trademarks and brand names referenced on pk10 (including payment-provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports leagues such as PSL and ICC) remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention on pk10 is for informational context only and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or commercial relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, pk10, its owners, officers, employees, contributors and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any Content thereon;
• Any reliance you place on information published on pk10, including game guides, bonus descriptions or payment-method references;
• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling or betting activities undertaken after reading pk10 content;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Any conduct or content of third-party operators, platforms or services linked to or referenced in pk10's editorial content;
• Technical errors, downtime, data loss or security breaches affecting the Site.

In jurisdictions where exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitation of liability is not permitted by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted. pk10's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed PKR 1,000.

pk10 references various payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for educational and contextual purposes only. These references are intended to help Pakistani players understand what methods may be available at third-party gambling operators and what to look for in a cashier.

pk10 does not process payments, hold player funds, facilitate deposits or withdrawals, or act as an intermediary between users and any payment provider. All financial transactions occur solely between users and the third-party operators and payment providers they independently choose to engage with. pk10 bears no responsibility for the availability, fees, limits, processing times or security of any payment method referenced on this Site.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted to be read in the context of an English-language platform serving Pakistani users. Users in Pakistan are subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable national or provincial legislation concerning gambling and online activity.

pk10 does not represent that the Content on this Site is appropriate or lawful for use in every jurisdiction. Users who access the Site from outside Pakistan — or from within Pakistan — are responsible for compliance with local law.

To the extent that any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Applicable Law, such provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

pk10 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

We recommend that Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.

pk10 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, violated Applicable Law, or engaged in conduct that is harmful to pk10, its users or third parties.

Upon termination of access, the following provisions of these Terms shall continue to apply: Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Jurisdiction & Applicable Law. Termination of access to pk10 does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
